My recent stay at Hive Hotel in Deira was a mixed experience. the front desk and bell boy were indeed very polite and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome. the room itself was clean and organized, offering the essential amenities one would expect. the staff, proficient in Arabic, Bengali, English, and Farsi. One standout aspect was the efficient room service, particularly Sukhwinder Singh, who was always prompt and diligent in cleaning my room. the hotel's restaurant, overseen by the delightful Rossy Bahe, served delicious dishes like chicken fried rice and chicken biryani, adding a touch of culinary delight to my visit. However, the kind and professional service from the Nepal girl at room service and the attentive Indian receptionist mitigated this inconvenience to some extent. The location of the hotel was convenient, providing easy access to various attractions in Deira. Despite the hiccups, Hive Hotel offers a comfortable stay with its 3-star accommodation, including amenities like an outdoor swimming pool and a sauna. the property's business facilities and 24-hour front desk cater to the needs of both leisure and corporate travelers. Overall, Hive Hotel in Deira presents a decent option for those looking for a relaxed stay in a bustling part of the city. With a bit of fine-tuning in service efficiency, it has the potential to offer a more seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
